Please note: We have found in the past that donors have used different checks during the course of the year. The checks might have had different names on them or addresses ie because the checkbook never got updated after you moved etc. We will do our best to consolidate multiple names and address when appropriate but as you can imagine Asian last names can be similar (ie Kim, Lee). Ultimately we can only send letters to addresses that are listed in the system.

Therefore could you go review your offering history and provide all names and addresses that you may have used in providing checks to Joy for your offering so that we can send you a consolidated letter. This will also expedite getting the request letters out to you.
