2009 Tax Contribution Letters Request
It’s that wonderful time of year, tax season is upon us! To facilitate the distribution of contribution letters for 2009, we have set up an online request form via the Joy website. You can access the online form directly, at http://jcfnj.org/contributionrequest.asp.
Once you have submitted your request, a confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox within 24 hours. We would look to turn around the letters (on a first-come, first-serve basis) in approx. three weeks, but please understand that this is a time-intensive process and the timetable may slip. The cut-off date for submissions is March 31, 2010. Please ensure that you submit your requests prior to this date.
If anyone has friends or family outside of the church who have contributed to Joy in 2009 and would like a contribution letter, please make sure to submit a request on their behalf via the online form.
