o spread the love and unconditional acceptance of Jesus Christ to every person who walks into Joy Christian Fellowship; to connect interested newcomers and visitors with pastoral staff, lay leaders, members of the church, and TLC groups. To encourage the members of Joy Christian Fellowship to be "Welcome Ambassadors" to all visitors and newcomers.

Bible verse:
Hebrews 13:2 - Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.
